As teenager in Lancaster County Adam Frantz unwittingly began his career in construction during a summer job working with master craftsmen in the Amish community. There he honed his attention to detail and stumble`d into a passion for building homes. After several summers there, he left to attend Tyler School of Art at Temple University to pursue his BFA in Sculpture; where he realized that his love of art and his love of building homes were one-in-the-same.
Upon graduating Tyler, Adam worked in museums as an art handler, further contributing to his sharp focus. And as the lead Operations Director at a mid-sized commercial and residential real estate company; where he was responsible for multiple construction projects for over 500 units simultaneously.
From 2008 to 2019 Adam owned his own business focused on residential construction. Working on all aspects of new construction and renovations; including project estimating and budgeting, code compliance, and final build.
His skills also include: complete kitchen & bath renovations, Finish carpentry, historical preservation, window & door installation, as well as plumbing & electrical installation and maintenance.
Adam has proudly been part of Daedalus Design since 2019.
